Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you have a transparent and smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy regarding returns, replacements, and refunds below.
1. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we will provide a 100% Free Replacement or Full Refund.
- Time Limit: You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Mandatory Requirement: To prevent fraudulent claims, you must provide a clear unboxing video and photos showing the damage or defect. Please email this proof along with your Order ID to riyush.inofficial@gmail.com.
- Note: Replacement or refund requests without an unboxing video will not be approved.
2. Size, Color, or Change-of-Mind Returns
Because we ship directly from automated fulfillment hubs to keep our prices low, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "Change of Mind," accidental orders, or choosing the wrong color/variant.
- Please review your shopping cart carefully and consult size charts before placing an order.
3. Return Shipping Process
Once your return request is verified and approved by our support team:
- Reverse Pickup: If a reverse-pickup is available for your pin code, our courier partner will pick up the item from your doorstep within 3–5 business days.
- Item Condition: The product must be completely unused, unaltered, and packed securely in its original packaging with all tags intact. If the item is returned in a damaged or used condition, a refund will not be issued.
4. Refund Timelines
Once the supplier receives and inspects the returned item at the fulfillment center:
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our team will contact you to collect your UPI ID or Bank account details. The refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days after receiving your details.
5. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order is processed, packed, and handed over to our courier partner (usually within 12–24 hours), it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
